How to Make Your Own Paper Circle Garland!

I'll be honest, I've never made one of these before, but now that I have I'm wondering why in the world I haven't been making them all along.  It was by far the easiest craft I've done in years.  It's so simple and so perfectly cute, I have no doubt I'll be making one again soon!

Materials:
Card stock / construction paper
Fishing line
Tape
Scissors or a circle punch
Pencil
Ruler

Steps:

1) Use the opening of a glass, a large coin, etc. to use as a stencil to make circles with a diameter of 2 inches and 3 inches. On card stock/construction paper, trace around the object with a pencil. Cut out enough circles to create the desired length of garland.
*If using a circle punch simply punch circles out of card stock/construction paper.

2) Cut fishing line the desired length.

3) Attach circles to the fishing line by taping the line to the back of the circle. Use a ruler to measure 1 inch between circles. Alternate circle sizes and colors.

4) Continue until you've reached the desired length of garland.

Hang and enjoy!
